What to include
If you are enquiring about an instrument, it helps to say what repertoire you play and with whom, which pitch and crooks you need, and when you would want the horn. Every horn is made individually and fitted to the player, and that conversation is where it starts.
For a repair or a restoration, say what the instrument is, what is wrong with it, and how you could get it to the workshop.
